The different types of celery are suitable for wellies from the root or tuber to the leaves.

Celery stalks are also very popular, but mainly for shredding and the juicy green leaves are the ultimate bathing pleasure.

With the minerals, vitamins and secondary plant substances it contains, celery is a very healthy and tasty medicinal plant.

Tea made from a handful of chopped celery2bring to the boil in 1 l of water and steep for 5 min. is very popular and is effective for internal and external inflammations.

The ultimate luxury for my Wellis is a bath in water with plucked flowers.
