Collecting wild fruits

When collecting the fruit, of course, you need to take into account a few things. Of course, you must not collect this in the immediate vicinity of busy roads and you must make sure that no weedkillers or similar have been used at the collection site.

Feuerdorn

Important ingredients: vitamins, minerals

Effect: Seeds of the fruits in large quantities slightly toxic

Hartriegel

Important ingredients: vitamin P, vitamin C, minerals

Effect: anti-inflammatory, analgesic

Sanddorn

Important ingredients: vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, provitamin A, iron, vitaminB1,B2, B6, B12, vitamin E, essential oils.

Effect: extremely rich in vitamins

Vogelkirsche

Important ingredients: vitamin C, potassium, calcium, provitamin A

Weißdorn

Important ingredients: essential oil, potassium, calcium

Effect: stimulates blood circulation
